Angela was introduced to us by a major customer to help us get to the root cause of a repeated non-conformance. She took us through the root cause analysis process methodically and was able to help us identify a number of areas for improvement that we had not thought of and which resulted in an immediate reduction in NCP. I asked her back to complete a BRC gap assessment for us, and I was very pleased with the depth and breadth of the audit.  She identified several areas where we could potentially have major non-conformances that we had been overlooking for many years. As a BRC AA+ site I think that the whole site, me included, had become complacent in our food safety system. We will be asking her back every year to keep us on our toes! Angela visits once a month to help us keep on top of all the verification requirements needed to meet BRC requirements. Angela has simplified and updated our very old HACCP system. She is collaborative and works well with the whole site team. She has taken the time to really understand our business. She supported us at our last BRC audit and we went from a B to an AA.
